How to order

Please follow the instructions on this site to select the product and place your order.

Please select the product you want, making sure to check the color variation and size.

User registration is not required, but you will be required to enter the customer information necessary for shipping the product.

Delivery period and shipping charges

The average time it takes for the product to be delivered is 4 to 6 business days after order confirmation. Please check the top page for holidays for shipping operations.
Please note that it may take more than 6 days depending on shipping conditions.

Shipping is currently free for all products.
Items worth 10,000 yen or more will be sent by courier.
Please note that items worth less than 10,000 yen will be sent by regular mail.

Is gift wrapping possible?

All products purchased from SNAPPY will be gift wrapped even if you do not specify.

The blanket is placed in a special bag with a logo that is perfect as a gift, and is wrapped with an OPP bag (highly transparent vinyl) and a ribbon.
For other products such as mufflers, craft paper is inserted into an O PP bag and wrapped with a ribbon.

Can I return the item?

You may return your product if it is defective or if you receive a different type or number of products than what you ordered. We apologize, but please note that we cannot accept returns except in these cases.

If you wish to return the item above, you must do so within 15 days of receiving the item, so please refer to the explanation in the "Refund Policy" link at the bottom of the page and complete the procedure promptly.


Payment method

We support the following Shopify payment methods.

・Various cashless payments (Shopify compatible payments such as Google Pay)

Cash on delivery and bank transfers are not supported.

Can you issue a receipt?

There is usually no receipt.
At this store, payments are made by credit card, etc., so please check the email from the store and your credit card statement for payment details.
If you specifically require a receipt, please email the store to request it. It will be enclosed with the product. Please use the contact page.

Are Glamorous Goat products genuine?

All products sold at our online store SNAPPY are genuine products.
Futami Trading LLC, the company that operates the online store SNAPPY , imports and purchases products directly from the New Zealand manufacturer "THE GLAMOROUS GOAT" for Japan, and sells the products in Japan.

The main uses of throw blankets are

The hair of my mohair product falls out, is it a defective product?

This is not a defective product.
Please rest assured that there is no quality problem.

This product is luxuriously made with premium mohair material, which is a natural fiber, and is hand-brushed to create a fluffy finish.

Especially in the early stages, small hairs may fall out even with normal use.
In particular, the mohair used in this product has thinner and shorter hair than regular wool, and the mohair is held down with thin nylon threads and gathered together to form mohair threads, so it has excellent elasticity, breathability, and volume. However, due to its nature, it is easy to fall out.
This product uses a large amount of luxurious mohair, so there is no quality problem even if some hair falls out.


Can mohair products be combined with suits?

Due to the nature of mohair products, the hair will fall out, especially due to static electricity. Therefore, if it comes into contact with fabric such as a suit, the hair that falls out due to static electricity will stick to the suit, so we recommend that you refrain from using it in combination with a suit or in the office. Enjoy it in your living room or private room.

Are there any precautions to be taken when handling mohair products?

Especially in the early stages, small hairs may fall out even with normal use.
If you are concerned about hair loss, try one of the following methods.

1. Shake this product well
2. Put it in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for a few hours (this will reduce static electricity and hold the fibers better)
3.Dry cleaning (tightens the fibers, but reduces fuzz)

However, the beauty of this mohair product is that it is hand-finished, so while the above method will tighten the fibers, it will reduce the nap. This product gradually becomes difficult to remove hair, so we recommend that you avoid combining it with items that have strong static electricity, such as suits, and use it as is without using the method above.

How should I care for mohair products?

Mohair products can last a very long time if properly cared for.
Store in a cool and dry place.
Do not store in plastic to avoid moisture. We recommend storing it in a special bag.
Due to the delicate weave, please do not store this product hanging.

When cleaning, we recommend dry cleaning.
If you wish to clean the dirty area, use a gentle neutral detergent in warm water and gently rub the dirty area to remove the dirt.
When drying, place it on a flat surface and do not hang it. Mohair dries quickly.
Do not use the dryer.
